1. Website Use
Access to this website is free. Users agree not to disrupt the
website’s operation or attempt to access protected data.

2. Services Offered
Entretien Biko Inc. provides on-site mobile bicycle services (maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and related services) primarily on the South Shore (Québec). Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, location, weather, and operational constraints.
3. Online Booking and Special Requests
Services can be booked online. For special requests or smaller
services not listed, customers may contact us directly.
Online
booking confirmation constitutes the agreed service appointment,
subject to any later clarification required for safety or
feasibility.
4. Pricing and Additional Work
Prices shown online are for the services selected. In some cases,
additional work, parts, or time may be required due to the bike’s
condition or customer-requested changes.
If additional charges
would apply, we will inform you before proceeding.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
•providing accurate information about the bicycle and requested
services;
•providing safe access to the bicycle at the
scheduled time;
•ensuring a safe working area (adequate space,
lighting, and conditions);
•removing or securing personal
accessories when applicable (locks, bags, electronics, etc.).
•If
the bicycle has pre-existing damage, unusual wear, or unsafe
components, we may refuse service or recommend additional work for
safety.
6. Payments
Accepted payment methods: card, cash, and e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule free of charge with 24 hours’
notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be
subject to a $15 fee.
We may reschedule due to weather, safety
conditions, or operational issues. If we reschedule, no fee applies.
8. Satisfaction and Compensation
Customer satisfaction is a priority. If an issue is reported and it is established that Entretien Biko Inc. is at fault, we may offer appropriate compensation, which may include a redo of the service, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
9. Liability
Entretien Biko Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from:
•inaccurate information provided by the customer;
•unsafe,
defective, or worn parts already on the bicycle;
•normal wear
and tear;
•events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logo, branding, and design) is the property of Entretien Biko Inc. and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec (Canada). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Québec.
